Who We Are
Our space includes 9 private rooms and a shared waiting area, with updated finishes and thoughtful amenities throughout.
Each suite features LED panel lighting with dimmer switches, secure code entry, Wi-Fi, and the option to personalize your room while maintaining a polished, professional look. Some rooms offer natural light from exterior windows, while others have soft interior windows for added ambiance.
We provide:

A shared kitchenette and ADA-compliant bathroom
24/7 secure tenant access
Optional signage on room windows and the main front door
Freedom to style your room (just return it to the original color and condition when you leave)

Can I decorate or paint my room?
Yes! You're welcome to style and paint your suite to match your brand or vibe. We just ask that you return the walls to their original color when you move out.
Is Wi-Fi and security included in rent?
Yes—high-speed Wi-Fi and secure, code-based entry are both included. We also have security cameras in shared areas to help keep the space safe for everyone
